This policy covers Octoframe, a preview-first website redesign service, and the data submitted through this website.

2. Data we collect

• Website URL submitted through the redesign preview form.
• Your improvement notes or project message.
• Your selected budget range.
• Your email address.
• Basic technical data such as browser, device, referrer, and page views if analytics is enabled.

3. Why we use the data

We use submitted data to review your website, respond to your request, prepare the best-fit next step, protect the form from abuse, and improve the website.

4. Form handling

The contact form is prepared for Web3Forms. Web3Forms acts as the form-to-email processor and forwards submissions to the configured Octoframe inbox. Do not publish the form until the production Web3Forms access key is installed.

5. Analytics

Octoframe plans to use Umami Analytics as the analytics choice. Umami should be configured without cookies and without collecting personally identifying analytics data.

6. Retention

Contact requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, follow up on the project, and maintain basic business records.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers needed to run the site, including form handling, hosting, analytics, and email.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting Octoframe at hello@octoframe.com.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when the production form, analytics, hosting, or legal setup changes.
